2. Vibrating table: It is used to vibrate air bubbles in concrete cement to improve the density and strength of paver tiles. The vibrating table can automatically move the mold forward, which can greatly save manpower.

3. Mixer: Mixing the first color layer. The second layer of concrete mixing: Mix the crushed stone, washed sand, cement, and concrete hardener evenly, and then pour it into the paver mold.

4. Demoulding machine: demoulding the mold from the concrete paver tile mold, it is not easy to damage the mold.

5. Heating table: used to heat room temperature, maintain room temperature balance and indoor humidity, and accelerate demoulding.

6. Crusher: It is used to crush the damaged bricks in the production process, so that the raw materials can be recycled and the cost of raw materials can be reduced.

After these raw materials and equipmenats are ready, the production process will be more complete and the production efficiency will be higher, which can reach 800M2 (8 hours) per day; each production line only needs 2-3 workers, which can greatly reduce the labor cost of factory output, and can Meet the daily production capacity of customers.
