Disadvantages of motor drive: very fuel consumption, increased cost

Advantages of hydraulic drive: relatively stable operation, not easy to break, save a lot of motors, only need to have motors in the feeder, hydraulic station, all other hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pipe connections

Disadvantages of hydraulic drive:

1. The installation method is too complicated. There are dozens of hydraulic pipes, and they need to be removed when they are delivered. Customers generally cannot install them themselves. They need to arrange for professionals to install them, or install and use the manual files.

2. There may be oil leakage during use, but it is cheaper than motor drive and saves electricity

We recommend customers to choose according to their local actual conditions. If the local electricity is inconvenient and the electricity bill is very expensive, it is recommended to use hydraulic drive. Although the installation time is troublesome, it will save costs after successful operation.

If the local electricity is more convenient and the electricity cost is not too expensive, we recommend that the customer use the motor drive. The motor drive is fast and easy to operate. It can save a lot of time in production and improve production efficiency.
